Because I'm getting confused. There are so many people with UserName in their UserName that I'm in danger of being extremely rude to one of them mixing them up and thinking a new one is an old one or a previously banned one.

I am old and confused.

I think they have to take the name allocated to them when they register, for some reason, but could they not be auto-sked to namechange before posting? Pretty please.

I reported one because I got it mixed up with a troll with an almost identical name. It's confusing and there suddenly seem to be so many of them, I don't know why.

I don't get why it matters. If I post on the thread I just direct my post at the OP, and don't take much notice of what their name is. Why do they have to have a specific one? The internet is anonymous anyway whether you're blahblah12345 or bevsstinkygstring...

I couldn't agree more. It is utterly confusing, I thought UserBlahBlah was one person, I didn't take much notice of the numbers. It wasn't till i read a thread yesterday that I realised. It is confusing for readers but also not fair on the Userblahblahs getting called a troll as people are getting confused.
