pop up survey?

I'm using the app on iPhone. A box popped up asking would I rate the app (or words to that effect, I wasn't really paying attention).

Clicked yes and another box popped up and said send feedback to mumsnet (again words to that effect) clicked yes.

Just had received the email below ..... Was this from mumsnet or is there something afoot? Please say I haven't opened myself up to something nasty
