Talk Active page not loading fully

Dolallytats · 04/02/2016 20:08

This has only started happening since this morning and every other website I have been on has been ok. When I try to access the 'Talk=Active' page it only loads half of it, just a few threads with a huge blank space underneath.

I am on a laptop using Windows 10. I use Google Chrome, but also tried it in Firefox just in case it was a Google Chrome issue.

Any idea what is happening and how I can fix it??

Thanks!!

Hi Dolallytats,

So sorry for the delay here!

We're hoping that everything's back to normal for you now, and that yesterday's shenanigans were just a temporary glitch. Smile

But please do let us know if you're still having loading problems - we promise to respond more quickly next time!

Hi there Dolallytats

Sorry this is still being weird for you. We've flagged it up with Tech so they'll have a look as soon as they can and we'll update you once we hear back.

Is anyone else having the same issue?

Hi
You can take Tech off high alert, I've manged to sort out the problem!! I don't know how it happened because I never go into it, but the amount of active conversations I could see had been changed in the 'customise' section.

I have never used it so not entirely sure how it got changed but it has now been sorted.

Sorry that this technically challenged mumsnetter wasted your time Blush

On the plus side, I now know how to change it if it happens again!!

Thank you!! Grin

Hi Dolallytats! No problem. We'll reset Tech to Amber Alert again. Glad you got it sorted.
