No - it's WIP apparently. The highest percentage of App users are iphone users, so that was prioritised.

MrsLeigh's right, we don't currently have an app for Android users.

However, we're developing one right now. There's a thread here where we're asking folk to hop on board as testers for the new app.

Do take a look and have a think about signing up - the more the merrier.
