I'm the same, I can't access the app at all. And I can't access the mobile site at all through my phone, only on the laptop. I've just come on the computer to see if anyone else has the same problem!

In my case its a Samsung phone and tablet. Chrome browser.

I'm on an iPhone 4 on safari

Well obviously my phone isn't on safari otherwise I'm sure it would ha e much better things to do -but you know what I mean
