Mobile site not refreshing properly

This has been happening intermittently on the new mobile site, but this time it is not resolving.

On TIO I can see that there has been a new post on the Michael Palin thread, but it does not display when I click through. Makes no difference whether I click through via the header, the new post or an older post.
