They promised to pm me. They haven,t. I asked them to at least delete my posts. They haven,t. How can i complain or get them to listen?

Why do you want it deleted? It's entirely possible they won't delete it.

They have answered you on the thread and said to email them if you aren't getting their emails. They are btw under no obligation to delete your (interesting, actually) thread.

Have you checked your email junk folder? My hotmail sometimes makes an executive decision to shove all MN missives there on occasion. Do take a look.

PM is on-site only contact, email is off-site, just to clear up any confusion.

If they don't want to delete it, they won't. Everything you post on this website belongs to the website, not you.

If they refuse to delete a thread that is has gone so far from the op so quickly and is now being dominated by one person with an agenda, fine. But they could at least delete my msgs asd requested and pm me as promised. I have no idea what, if any, email they might be using.

Message withdrawn at poster's request.

It would be the email you registered with and threads go off track all the time. That's not going to be a good enough reason for them to delete it.

If your post is sensitive or a personal attack or if this other person is making personal attacks, that would be deleted.

Hello stella1w,

We're really sorry that this confusion has arisen.

We emailed you yesterday on the email address you gave when you registered with us. Would you mind checking and letting us know whether you've received it?

When HelenMumsnet posted on your other thread to say we'd be 'pinging into your inbox', she meant that we would email you, not that we would PM you. We tend not to use PMs as a way of communicating with posters.

Really sorry if that wasn't clear. Do let us know if you've received the mail.

Thread also contained a "link" to a FB page asking their members to come across to give one of them "back up".

Message Now deleted but quite clear that some posters have joined to peddle their campaign hmm
