Domesticated are referred to as Furbies but a pack of feral Furbies in the wild are referred to as Ferbus, I think it comes from the Latin for annoying but cute rip off Grin

I think you might be right?

We shall investigate and fix, but while we do here is something utterly distracting to amuse you it is also pretty frightening

Well it would look as though you can use both?

Evidence of Furbys from the Guardian and here at the beeb and here

But then the Beeb use Furbies here and so does the Guardian it seems as though both spellings are in use.

Confused

I blame the government, it's madness. Since We opened our borders to Europe this country has had an influx of Furbies and their feral cousins the Ferbus, they come over here claiming our benefits, trashing the local countryside and have reintroduced football hooliganism. Only last week the local police busted a home grown Furby terror cell, they were planning a riot about crap toys in happy meals, broken Britain.

They are darn cute tho but seriously since the Furby family next door moved in it's been hellish, 24 hour parties and the like, shouting abuse at us from open windows and their encouraging our cat to socialise with them too. I've really had enough of them now Sad
