Marrakech package holiday with children, what do you reckon?

I dont fancy Agadir. What do you think to this place? www.thomson.co.uk/destinations/africa/morocco/morocco-marrakech/marrakech/hotels/clubhotel-riu-tikida-palmeraie.html it works out to be about £400 each all inclusive. I like the fact that you can be in a gorgeous hotel but can easily get to the Medina. Havent tried it with children before though. I love Morrocco but, has anyone done it with children. I think staying in the Medina would be abit scary for them.
