Eton Boarding Houses Help !

Dear All
My DS has a conditional offer to start at Eton in Sept 2018 and we have received from the school four boarding house suggestions. When I look at the description of the houses and housemasters they all seem great on paper, but being a first time buyer into Eton, I have no idea of the reputation of these houses. Our son is very academic, outgoing, energetic and plays tennis at competitive level (not musical or arty at all). I do realize the difference between eating in and eating out and distance from main buildings, but I am more interested in the bias of the house. Are some houses more sporty? more musical? more academic? more international? Is bullying a problem at any house? Any insight will be very valuable. We have been suggested the following:
Mustians (Mr Andrew Miles), Hawtrey House (Mr David Goode), Baldwin's Bec (Mr Marco Liviero), Penn House (Mr Nicholas Leathers).

Reviving this old thread. My son has been offered a conditional place for M2019. I would appreciate some pointers as to how the boys find the house in terms of ease of access to the rest of the college, dining facilities, house competitions, camaraderie etc. - and how the parents find the house masters and dames when it comes to how easily accessible they are when it comes to pastoral care etc...Thanks in advance.
