New Compton School in Barnet?

I've heard that the Compton school are opening a second school somewhere in N3 or NW7 . We live in N3 just outside their catchment which is N12- does anyone else know where the new school will be

I'm new to mumsnet but joined it as we are already thinking about secondary places for our daughter and don't think we are in the catchment for Compton but saw the Headteacher giving a talk on the TV about a new school and I know that Compton has such a good reputation. How can I find out more?

Thanks. I didn't know she had been on the TV. Can you remember what show it was and I'll see if it's on demand.

It was on the Channel 4 news so maybe put in Compton free school on the channel 4 news site - sorry

The compton school have had the go head to open a free school and are currently looking at locations. If you would like updates you can go to the school website and register and as soon as there is any information it will be emailed to you.
