Looking for a very small state secondary reachable from Manchester

Dd is drowning but with no statement and no money for private fees we are stuck.

I have tried Maharishi and a couple of the smaller free schools but no one has room.

There is one in Hampshire with 12 in a class and very small numbers which is obviously too far but this is the kind of thing I am looking for.

Do they exsist up North anywhere? Any low population areas or such resulting in low pupil intake?
