Does anyone know? We're in London if that makes a difference.

Arkwright Mon 29-Feb-16 12:14:03

London is 5pm tomorrow I think. Where I live we are supposed to be emailed at midnight tonight.

meditrina Mon 29-Feb-16 12:24:57

The pan-London system (all boroughs and Surrey) posts offers on their website at 5pm and sends out emails in batches through the evening starting at 5pm (has to be I. Batches to avoid crashing because of the volume).

Titsywoo Mon 29-Feb-16 12:26:15

Yes it should be 5pm - I'm in Surrey but I'm pretty sure London boroughs are the same.

Anyone know when Eadmissions in Bristol emails get sent out?

Goingtobeawesome Mon 29-Feb-16 12:32:41

4pm for Kent.

iMatter Mon 29-Feb-16 13:10:52

Any idea about Hampshire?

chicaguapa Mon 29-Feb-16 13:18:34

Re Hampshire, I'm pretty sure I woke up to an email last time but I'm doubting that now if others are saying 5pm for their area.

I particularly enjoyed last week's email to tell me they'll be emailing tomorrow though. grin

tiggytape Mon 29-Feb-16 13:30:48

It varies area to area. Some people will hear at midnight tonight, others won't hear until tomorrow evening.
In London, you can log onto the eadmissions site at 5pm and view your school allocation. In London, you will also get an email at some point tomorrow evening (the emails seem to arrive between 6pm and 10pm). You don't need to wait for the email to log on and see your results at 5pm.

iMatter Mon 29-Feb-16 13:44:51

Chica - me too grin

A couple of my friends are saying it's midnight and I thought last week's email was hinting at that.

<clutches at straws>

I'm going to be refreshing my email all day otherwise!

Casbotsproudmum Mon 29-Feb-16 15:29:26

Last year we got the email around midnight (as in minutes before 2/3 or whatever the cut off date was then). I logged in online on the day and got the answer at around 5.30pm though. Nerve wrecking. I am not envying you guys!

5madthings Mon 29-Feb-16 15:31:31

I am in Norfolk and we are told we will be emailed in the afternoon. Or it gets sent by post if you didn't do online application.

Where do you find the info (about what time the emails are going out), please?

5madthings Mon 29-Feb-16 17:53:48

allguns it was just on the website, so Norfolk County council school applications page it has info re high school transfer and starting primary places etc and tells us on there the time for emails etc.

5madthings Mon 29-Feb-16 17:54:35

Norfolk is my council Btw. But I would assume each area has similar set up?

shutupandshop Mon 29-Feb-16 18:00:38

I presumed midnight, Essex

cheekymonk Mon 29-Feb-16 21:31:17

Solihull emails have been sent

Mandzi34 Mon 29-Feb-16 22:01:39

The waiting is tough but we know that we won't get our first choice so it doesn't make much difference.

Brokenbiscuit Tue 01-Mar-16 00:04:27

Grrr! We're supposed to be able to see the results online at midnight but the bloody website has crashed. Obviously too many people trying to access it....

iMatter Tue 01-Mar-16 00:38:50

Offers are out in Hampshire.

We got our first choice grin

Thrilled!

Good luck to everyone else

Suffolk: no email yet. It is on the admissions site- the one we applied on. I used the link in my application confirmation email from October.

Obsessive? Me?
