So Gove keeps banging on about EBACC

So why is that pupils are not given a specific certificate to say they have achieved it?

My DD did her GCSEs last summer and got good grades at all the required subjects. We have received the GCSE certs but not the EBACC qualification.

Surely if this is hailed as worthwhile they should at least get a piece of paper to prove they have it.
