A friend appealed when they were given Hove Park over Blatchington Mill. The appeal failed but the friends DD is now in her final year at Durham, so don't suppose not getting the favoured school did her any harm?

Good luck with your appeal. Also remember the school your child has been allocated may well be a better school than you think?
