Dd and tests/exams......anxious

Dd is year 10 and for various reasons has huge anxiety when faced with exams.
She's like a rabbit caught in headlights, goes ashen, can't write.
She is already sitting tests in a quiet room, but makes no difference.
This week has been hell.......she just can't do them.
She is having CBT and has been since year 7 but tbh I am getting really worried about what is going to happen in the future.

Ok try this

every evening sit with her for 5- 10 mins and get her to immagine how she will feel when she gets her results and has done really well. Do not entertain any "what if I don't pass / what if I freeze", just get her to immagine success.

Once she can do that move onto her feeling positive in the exam, and feeling success. It is probably totaly alien to her that she has never experienced.
