How did he take it?

I am going to court on Monday with the National Centre for Domestic Violence and a number of things are concerning me.

  1. I have to make a formal statement before ourt. Does this mean I have to have a specific incident in mind? Will he then be convicted of this as abuse/assault? Does it need to a be physical assault for me to be able to get an injuction? He's been convicted of assault before.

  1. When he is served the papers will that be at my house? He is likely to get quite, quite mental. I'm frightened that he will feel he doesn't have anything left to lose and will kill me.
