How do you lot deal with rejection?

One of the hardest things I find about being a single mum is the feeling of rejection. My dds dad rejected me and I love a man I can't have.

I gues sthe way I deal with it is to try and big myself up and love myself to the point that if a man rejects em I just think ''his loss''.

Not easy though esp considering I suffer with low self esteem due to my dodgy upbringing.

I drink a lot and tell a lot of funny stories about being rejected.

when i was single and felt rejected on a fairly regular basis(tho i rejected too), i made myself grow a thicker skin basically, in order to protect my self esteem. I relied on good friends to bolster me up , plus family, and then hey presto, i met him.. stay close to your good friends and your family and you will be ok.
