Need help - what's the best heal-your-relationship book out there?

Because I need some advice fast, and there are soo many books out there that words of wisdom from MN would help me find the right one. Nothing flakey please, just honest advice as to how to rebuild a once-good relationship which has got sidelined and just, well, horrible now.

do u talk to each other?
if not thats where u need to start?

sit down with each other, ask him how hes feeling. if theres no reply, say, 'look this is how im feeling' and be honest.

see where it goes from there.

or u could try spontaniously kissing him.

Hi Luxmum

Look on the Relate site for easy to read practical relationship help books. www.relate.org.uk/RelateBooks.asp

These are great books, I've read two of these already and have just started the third, they are very helpful:

Relate Guide To Staying Together
Susan Quilliam £7.99

Relate Guide To Better Relationships
Sarah Litvinoff £7.99

Stop Arguing: Start Talking (Relate guide)
Susan Quilliam £7.99

Hope you find what you need to help you and your partner xxx
