I would say it's more intimate than sex, so yes.

Yes. Legal definition is refers to sexual relations" - not just penetrative sex.

Absolutely yes.

yes, being intimate sexually with someone other than your spouse/long term partner, when you are not in an open relationship, is definitely adultery

LIZS · 06/12/2008 15:29

Of course, but who's 'bill'?

Report

Hell, yes.

Why?

pagwatch · 06/12/2008 15:32

Clinton..
who memorably said he didn't think it was.

Of course it is.
But I would start having a serious problem with intimate texts or private lunches so oral sex is miles beyond my divorce line

Report
shitehawk · 06/12/2008 15:32

Of course it does. I don't see how anyone could think not.

Yes. Without doubt.

But why do you ask?

Report
ChukkyPig · 06/12/2008 16:06

ROFL yes can't imagine anyone would try to argue otherwise!

I was just sucking his nob/going down on her - nothing to do with sex at all you understand.

About as convincing as peter srringfellow's mate saying strip clubs had nothing to do with people getting sexually aroused!

Hope you haven't had someone trying to convince you otherwise

AreYouCallingMeDarling · 06/12/2008 16:10

Yes

Totally

No question

why?

Report
hecAteAMillionMincePies · 06/12/2008 16:12

yes. any intimate act with a person other than your spouse is adultery.

Well, it is if you are doing it behind their back and betraying them. If the pair of you are swingers, then I suppose it comes under 'hobby'.

Report
Joolyjoolyjoo · 06/12/2008 16:14

It is adultery as far as I am concerned
