I found out about exh's affair & kicked him out

long and drawn out - but i really do believe he was not quite himself anyway. He now looks back and cant believe it all either. It was like a bad dream to him (so he says). Although i never crossed the line i did lust after a work collegue years ago - he left and neither us pursued it. (still fantasize sometimes about bumping into him - but H knows i do) He is probably horrible and fat and old now anyway - opps i know he is not as i have googled him!!!!! Still best kept in the head me thinks.

apparently, in his mind there was nothing to end it was a one night stand and he has not (so he says had contact with ehr since) - couldn't deal with what he had done he says - I noticed a change as we had been in a shitty place for a long time suddenly he was wanting to do family things (which he had never done) and he quit his job on the Tuesday (turns out according to him the one and only time he slept with her was on the weekend before that - he works at a pub and sh ei s a regular well know for being free with her favours) I found out about 3 weeks after it (I think it was then) when I heard about it at work cause the OW worked at both our work places - when I confronted him he initally tried ot get around admitting it but after I told him I had confronted her (which I did) and she admitted it (which she didn't) he admitted to it - worse part about it was he didn't even know her name so that made it seem that he had risked everything for a cheap shag (which of course he had)

ex had an affair two weeks before our wedding i told him that the wedding was off and i slung his arse out and have not let him back. He left the next morning and that was it. He know well enough not to even beg as i am so stubborn.

I'm talking from the other side. I've had 2 affairs, one lasted 8mths, the other 2 years. I finished both affairs quite amicably, noone on either side ever found out.

DH had an affair from Oct '06 until Jan '07 when I found out! He's still here and assures me that He's here to stay....it'll take along time to forgive and I don't know if I can ever forget. He hates me bringing the subject up but I think it's good to remind him what an arsehole he was and how much he hurt me, DS and DD.
