Relationships

Family - Support

I have limited family - no parents etc. My half sister was adopted as my cousin and I must say we've been close for years but live at the other end of the country from each other.

I told her of my viewing a flat last night - i had told her things were bumpy in early December - and of my plans. She's been texting support today and it's been amazing - just what I needed to remind me I'm not alone even if distance separates us we're family for life.

I just wanted to share as I know a lot of us have colourful family histories and twists and turns in our relationships and lives.

Thanks for posting Porffor - that's a really nice sentiment to share and an important reminder that a little text doesn't cost much but can go along way...

Thanks both - it really did make a difference. Today is a rough day so hanging onto the positive that will come at the end of this tricky time.
