Why am I even here?

DH talks to me like I am a child and does everything possible to illustrate to me what a failure of a mother I am. So why do I bother? Just had a massive row (in front of the kids ) and now I am in my bedroom contemplating packing my bag and walking away from it all. I fucking despise my life.
