I have a uneasy gut feeling about H

This past week I've Had a real funny feeling about my husband. This week he's been on some refresher training course that his work has paid for. First r some reason my uneasy feeling started before the course started, actually when he was telling me about it. No idea why, I can't explain it. He started off at the beginning of the week dressing really quite scruffy with rough looking jeans tatty old t-shirt under a jumper and trainers. Yesterday as were on half term he got up before me and I heard him spraying aftershave and thought it's a bit out of character for him, he only wears it for very best a few times a year at the most. He was dressed really nicely too, smart trousers jumper and shoes. What he would wear to a nice restaurant. The training centre is in our nearby town and DD and myself had arranged to go in to get some new school shoes with a friend her mum and grab a ice cream and the new swanky ice cream parlour. H has been getting the bus due to outrageous car parking fees. Fiends mum had to drop her youngest off at her parents this morning round the corner from us so offered to drive and also take H in as we were driving pretty much past it. This morning friends mum text me saying she was running 10 mins late, he started acting panicked and agitated. It was 9am and he wasn't due to start until 10:30 even with heavy traffic he we be there with atleast 30 minutes to spare. When we were a couple of minutes away from the training centre we got held up by traffic lights and he just said il get out here, and started running. Friends mum said what's his hurry, I said I have no idea as it was 9:45 so 45minutes before his training started. When he came home earlier he asked how are day was what we did. Said bought shoes had a ice cream and went to maccy ds for a bite to eat and he looked really shocked. I said what, he said oh was it nice I went there too. He was going out for a run earlier and as he was getting ready to go I clocked his phone on charge by the PC and for some reason I was drawn to it, like I needed to check it. It was really strange. I've never checked his phone, I don't know how to even use it. After he left I decided I would check it for peace of mind. Went to get it and noticed it had gone. He never takes it as he runs with his iPod. So i tore the house up looking for it, couldn't find it. Then I get a text from him saying it's too cold he's on his way back home. When he came back it re appeared where it was. He went up for a shower so thought I could grab it and it's dissapeared again. He is never on his phone, it's always just left on the side. I feel like I'm going mad, what do I do? Do I trust my gut and check or is that totally wrong? For context we have been married 13 years, on the whole ok. Had a few issues with a few dodgy videos he was viewing on the family PC back a few months back. Not porn but just boobs and stuff. We had a chat about it all and felt a bit sad about the lack of affection ect but we have been great since. Sex life about once a week but were quite close. He's not a private person we share a PC and have no secrets. Any ideas / advice?
