If you feel like that OP, there is nothing anyone can say or do, because you cannot argue a feeling.
Focus your energies into your toddler & don't rush into anything silly. You may not see it but, you are so young. There's plenty of time for you yet smile

Just don't force anything, with anyone, enjoy some single time

flowers this too will pass. I remember this time of turmoil and overwhelming emotions; it's a time of massive change. Be kind to yourself.
