So tonight snooping!! Yes I no but I have reason too

I found this keepsake plastic card that you give people with
FOR MY SOULMATE
with all things on it like
You are the only one for me
It really means so much
knowing that you care
And I love our life together
And the happy times we share
I LOVE YOU

SIGN TO HIM .... From HER .... On the back

What the fuck!!!!!

He's out tonight, and I want to text who the fuck is ...... But he'd have a story ready
But then I want to see his face when I confront him!! See what lies he can come up with!

Still part of me tells him he's not coming home, but I want to see his fucking face when I throw it at him

What would you say,

I'd be tempted to take it and say nothing until you know more. He can hardly ask you if he's seen it, can he?

How come he is out without his wallet?

I don't know what I would do in your shoes OP I think if you take it and wait he'll have time to get his story straight. Maybe challenging him sooner rather than later might be the answer Flowers

I'd have to agree that I'd take it and put it somewhere safe, then wait for more evidence I think. As hard as that is to do, it must be awful to find something like that

I am shaking, I'm tempted to text, I'm tempted to lock him out

He's been so nice!!!!! He's got a dual personality !!!

If you are done with him OP, make sure you stick to your guns and don't let him worm his way back in!
I'd be tempted to confront him face to face, over the phone won't reveal his true reaction to you and he might find it easier to lie.
I don't know if I'm alone in this but I'd like to see the deer in the headlights look on his face!

If it's an old wallet any chance it's from an old relationship?

KimmySchmit · 18/03/2016 21:37

That sounds very childish...is it an old relationship & he just keeps it for an occasional ego pump?

Report
GlitteryFluff · 18/03/2016 21:37

Could it be old (as in before you and him were together kind of old)?

I'd take it, say nothing til I could check phone, emails, bank statements, for more evidence and then get myself organised for separating ie paperwork, solicitor if needed.

How old is the old wallet?

I've not seen those sort of cards for years and years now. Couldn't it be something from years ago?

And yes why is he out without his wallet?

Sorry missed that crossed posts

If it's an old wallet unless you know of the "her" then is it possible it's so old he's forgotten about it

I was digging though drawers the other day and found something from my ex of years ago, never even realised it was there

I'm f ... Fuming beyond words

Sorry for the swearing

Fuck waiting for a story. I'd bag up his stuff and set it on the doorstep. when he turned up and saw it i'd hand him the keepsake card and shut the door. End of story. You dont need to hear any lies.

If it's an old wallet from a previous relationship he might have just forgotten about it.

ProfessorPickles · 18/03/2016 21:50

If you've been together 13 years I can't imagine it's from before you, I agree with RudeElfs plan

I've got a soulmate, she isn't a partner, never has been, never will be. I've known her for half a century, I've no idea why we have a connection, I talk to her every couple of weeks, sometimes 10 minutes sometimes a couple of hours.

I met her once off a plane from Canada fleeing the husband who abused her.

It's not a secret her current husband knows who I am although the first time he met me was a couple of months after they married. The two of them were in the pub when I walked in and his first sight of me was his wife launching herself across the pub at me. Her brother said "oh its just C" and later on explained it.

So don't jump to conclusions.
