First date worries

After lots of disappointment on Soulmates (which people on here were really supportive about, thank you) I've joined eharmony and have arranged to meet a guy tomorrow afternoon at my local pub. (I won't actually drink but there's no cafe around here). I'm feeling increasingly nervous about the whole prospect after last time's rejection. Any general advice about how to approach it? Should I dress up? Wear heels? Thank you again to all who have offered support after the last saga. I know I need to develop a thick skin and not take it too seriously, so keep reminding myself of that!

Hi lucsnowe good luck with your date tomorrow.

Wear something that you feel comfortable yet confident in. Personally I wouldn't dress up for an afternoon date - jeans and a nice top.

Definitely don't take it too seriously, don't expect anything, just relax and see what happens!

Am sure you'll be fine.

Thanks, Sienna. I will try not to expect anything! And yes you're right, I shouldn't go over the top. My jeans are very shabby, so I will probably wear a dress but just a simple one. Thanks for your good wishes!
