....and the men come and go as they please together, i cant help but think this is a great way of life, to have family and friends around all doing the tea and laundry etc and having a cup of tea together and the men are happy with all the other blokes going off to work - yeah possibly sounds a little old fashioned, but i bet it works well!?

seems to work that way in surrey.
perhaps they dont all live in the same four walls, but most of the moms i know socialise with other women most of the time. with men only appearing every so often.

god know-living with other women at uni was bad enough.all the menstrual cycle coordinated so we all had mad pmt at the same time, and there was all the bitching and hurt feelings and back stabbing etc etc. not for me thanks.

wouldn't mind living with a load of men though.

shudders, all the MIL and Mothers telling you what to do. the arguments over whose turn it is to do the washing up, the arguments over different methods of childrearing......
nope not for me - but then I don;t like women much
