She leaves behind three kids. So sad.

She was a victim of DV. Her mental health suffered. She was inpatient only days before, but they let her go home with regular supervision. Not regular enough Sad

Two of her kids were already in foster care and one with his dad. At least they weren't at home with her when she did it. Feel sorry for the kids. Eldest will understand, but the toddler is too young.

Poor woman went through so much, but her abuser was due to be released and it tipped her over the edge Sad

I'm so so sorry to hear this and I hope you're not suffering too much.

3 of my friends have taken their own lives in the past 7 years, it's heartbreaking.

So sorry op.

My SILs 10th anniversary was a while ago.

Still so painful for us but more importantly her closer family.

Confused

You shouldn't feel guilty, Stitch.

As sad as it is she made her own choices.

Confused

I'll light a candle for you and her and her wee ones tonight. X

It's really hard to help people in this situation, it's so very complex.

Please don't feel guilty. Thanks

you can't stop it. The determination of people to take their own lives is astounding.

There's absolutely nothing you could have done. I asked myself the same thing and no, it doesn't work. Those who want to take their own lives are very determined and will do it.
