Hooray for thread 69! Grin Room for a little'un?

I have a date with hookup guy, what's even better is that he's not sure if he'll be able to make it Saturday as he's at a gig, so if Mr MM calls me and asks me to go round his I'll have to say no :)

Hi everyone, sounds like there are a lot of dates going on! Folk, your guy sounds lovely.

Got geeky coming round tonight, so I'm feeling pretty upbeat today. Hopefully we'll have a good night. I bought a lock for my room, so no more dc coming in my room.

Thanks dont.

So pleased to hear that things are still on with geeky Smile

Jarlin no but that's normal, he doesn't text me all week and then calls me when drunk and wants me to go and see him. That's never been a problem until the whole ex situation, now it's a complicated mess! As the week's gone on found I've been less bothered about him, but know if he rings me I'll start the whole thing over again Blush

Aha! I found the dating thread 69 and noone is making dirty jokes about the title? That's a relief!

At the moment I have on a black long sleeved hobbs dress & black tights as I have been wearing it all day. I haven't started looking in my wardrobe yet. Just recovering from the week/ leaving kids off and drinking tea! :-) I had better get a move on!

The thing is... Flat shoes look silly with a dress/skirt, right? And my shoes should def be flat so should I go with the skinny trousers after all??!

FolkGirl · 07/02/2014 16:55

It depends. I don't ever wear heels. I wear ballet pumps or DMs and that's pretty much it!

What dress are you wearing? I usually weark skater type dresses and they look quite cute with DMs or ballet pumps and a cardigan. I don't really dress up for dates, as you can see Grin

At least, the man I'm seeing seems to quite like it.

Adorable skater dress HAS NO SLEEVES and looks bad. Shame.

No flat boots unfortunately!

Hmm got 2 options:

Green Zara floral chic short dress w brown tights & flats

Grey lace cardigan with black Coast pencil skirt, black tights and flats

GreenRedBlueYellowPurple · 07/02/2014 17:15

Or! Green jade trousers, low cut classy top with a blazer & flats

Report
FolkGirl · 07/02/2014 17:19

I like the sound of the green dress/brown tights combo.
