Relationships

ExP telling me how much sex he's having....had to laugh

...'cause I don't know when all this sex is happening. He's been here for the past 2 weekends, maybe it's in his half hour lunch break or even in his head! He must have a quick shag between when he finishes work and when he gets in at 8pm in between his girlfriend putting her 4 yr old to bed!

I have 2 more nights & 1 more day before he moves out and it cannot come fast enough. Friday is the start of the rest of my life!

He has major issues and I consider myself to have had a lucky escape. He has 2 failed marriages and goodness knows how many failed relationships behind him. And the one common denominator is him. I feel he needs to take a good look at himself and how he behaves and reacts to women and the subsequent (inevitable) breakdown of all of these relationships.

There is definite pattern here where the relationship breaks down, he quickly moves onto another woman and the previous woman is slated, put down and made out to be this evil bitch who has treated him so badly. He never spends anytime as a single person to take stock and consider why he's been rejected again. He doesn't look to himself to see what part he has played, he is innocent according to him.

He is so angry, bitter, nasty and unkind. I thought he was a decent person - he isn't. He has been jealous, moody & possessive towards me and emotionally abused my children, his own children are wary of him and his moods. I've walked round on egg shells for months & months - no more!

I'm looking forward to a more peaceful & stress free life!

Maybe he doesn't realise that for it to qualify as sex, it needs to be with someone else, not just his own hand Grin

Did you tell him the plastic ladies on his laptop don't count ?

One ex I dumped once made sure to tell me what a "babe magnet" he now was

What a silly billy he was

See, why take up with someone who has a bad history like that? It's for a reason when someone's had loads of relationships. You are well rid.

That's so true. But they are very clever to convince you what a bitch, cow etc their last woman was. Now I'm that woman. It really is so funny!

I've also realised he had/has no real friends. He knows lots of people from his army days but they aren't people he sees every week.

When he moves on Friday he has no one to help him move. He's got to hire a man and a van. Whereas I could call on a whole host of people to help me.

So the next one with a Bitch of an ex, you will swerve, right ?

AF, too right I will. I'm on good terms with my exh, which speaks volumes I feel.

My exp couldn't understand that - he thought I should hate my ex-husband but he still remains a good man, decent, honourable and kind. My ex-husband will help me & my boys move house when the time comes.

ellie it made me laugh too. It's funny how people think that what is important to them will be important to other people. The sex he's having doesn't bother me at all. What bothers me is how horrible he is, how cruel and unkind and the message he's giving his DD's.

AF - that reminds me of a funny encounter:

(not quite) friend holding court with another set of very bored eyebrow-raising friends from other group (ran into each other in pub). They're all thinking what a wanker he is. Knob 'friend' comments that he is a 'babe magnet' (hurr hurr). Girl in our group 'Oh, I've got one of those. From the film. Little magnet of a cute piglet stuck on the fridge. I'll think of you whenever I look at it now. Hahaha'.

Oh and OP, you should reply:

'It's BRILLIANT that you're having so much sex. It must really take your mind off things, which must really help at the moment'

My ex has been banging on about how many offers he's had from various unnamed, unknown women. Yeah right casanova.

Onwards and upwards ladies.

My reaction would be 'and you think I'm interested because...?', tap fingers, whistle, look at watch, yawn, stretch, sigh, roll eyes, get nail file out...........................................

He's gone....taken all his stuff to his new shag pad in Walsall!! The relief is immense. Got my bedroom, wardrobe and ensuite back. Knowing that his key will not be in that lock is worth so much.

Now breathe....and open the champagne
