Can a woman be romantic?

Just been talking about this with a few friends. Some said they can be romantic, some said they think its the mans job? Is doing their chores classed as romantic? Without the sexuall part ladies, what do you think? How can we be romantic?

I'm romantic when I want to be. Particularly good at tracking down gifts and if I want to really get to his heart through his stomach (rather than a bit lower down as Nigella once observed) I serve custard! :)
