I have been told my job is at risk of redundancy have my first meeting with HR tomorrow what should I be asking?
What sort of package will they be offering?How will they be selecting people - what criteria?What alternative roles are they suggesting - what help will they give to find new posts - will they provide paid time off for interviews, help with CVs or interview skills.Is there an employee welfare service for support?
