Asian Mumsnetters - rice recipies required pretty please!

I would love to make a tomato'ey flavoured/slightly spicey rice with chicken or lamb but haven't found a good authentic recipe - can anyone help?

Also, I tried sweet rice the other week and gulap jambon....if you have recipies for these I would be smile

Jamie's MOF book contains a few different ways of cooking/serving rice - I shall go and see if there is a tomatoey one.
