Anyone got a simple recipe for veggie burgers?
Preferably something that could be frozen in batches and that does not contain any nuts or meat substitutes.
DS has gone on veggie-strike but I think he'd eat more in burger form!

bean burgers - my kids (who won't usually eat broad beans love them):

chop a large onion & fry. Cook up some (?~250g) broad beans & mash (can leave some texture to them. Mix with onion & beaten egg + breadcrumbs & fry.

Sounds nice, thanks! He does really like beans so hopefully that'll work.
