I have been taking stock of what I have in the cupboards/freezer in preperation for this weeks big shop, and have discovered 3 packs of pork chops in the freezer!
To save buying much more this week, I thought we could use up the pork chops at least two nights over the next couple of weeks.
Not very adventerous when it comes to pork, so....hit me with your yummiest pork chop recipes! --ideally that require as little effort as possible--
TIA

Serve with mash and veg of choice.
Rioja Pork. Tomatoes, garlic, onion, red peppers cooked down as a sauce. Splash of wine if you fancy it.

Cover them generously in barbecue sauce (Heinz type stuff - nothing more complicated) and a sloosh of Worcestershire sauce, season with black pepper.
Turn them over so that they are well coated in the sauce and leave to marinate for up to an hour.
Roast in a medium hot oven, turning occasionally, until they go lovely and sticky.
Serve with mash and something green.

if they are boneless....
Dip chops in seasoned flour, then in an egg wash (1 egg, 2 TBS water, beaten) then in a mixture of breadcrumbs, garlic and parmesan cheese. Fry in butter/olive oil.
Not the healthiest dinner, but delicious. Serve with something dead healthy, like new potatoes and green beans, or a big salad.

1. brown them off quickly on a high heat then chuck in a chopped onion, leek carrot whatever comes to hand. A few juniper berries if you have them, maybe a chopped apple or two (good way to use up wisened apples in fruit bowl) Cover in a small bottle of cider and then bake in oven at about 150C for hour and half with tight fitting lid on. Delicious served with buttery jacket potatoes which cn cook in oven alongside. easy peasy!
2. grill or panfry chops. Sprinkle crumbled stilton (only need a tiny amount) into pan and creme fraiche with a spoonful of wholegrain mustard until melted and saucy. Serve with Broccolli and spring greens.
3. Grill with mushrooms soaked in olive oil with garlic and thymne from the garden.

slow cooker recipe. We did this last weekend and it was soooo easy and very tasty. Kind of BBQ saucy. Served with brown rice and stirfry vg, but could just have rice and broccolli or something.
Oh and our chops had bones in - didn't matter in the slightest, so ignore the "boneless" requirement.

Last weekend we tried the spare rib recipe from the Kenneth Lo book of chinese cokkery. It worked really well, and we ate them with rice.
6 pork chops
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
garlic powder to taste
2 tablespoons butter
2 large onions, finely chopped
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 cups milk, mix some flour with it, so your mushroom soup isn't runny
4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
Bake, covered, for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Uncover, and bake 30 minutes more, or until potatoes are tender. 350 oven. Top with the mushroom gravy...
Sometimes, instead of potatoes, I use minute rice, mix as directed on box, put in casserole dish, tops with pork chops (some people brown them slightly but I don't) and then the mushroom soup. Don't add all that water like above recipe with soup, just some milk, flour.
I also like my pork chops, just fried with seasoning salt on them... :P
