Good suggestions for gluten and dairy free lunch?

I have someone coming for lunch who can't have gluten or dairy, is there anyone with these allergies who can suggest some good recipes? Was thinking of a soup made with gluten free stock, but not sure what to have with it.

If you make a nice chunky soup with lentils or something you won't need anything with it. I always make soup for my coeliac uncle. What about a risotto? Primavera is nice.

Don't know any off the top of my head, but the on the bbc food website you can search for gluten-free and diary-free light meals.
