Who has heard Zoe Ball on Radio 2 this week?

Now I read the thread from January when you all said you hated her
I love Ken, I love Terry, the rest neither make me feel on way or the other but I hate hate hate hate Steve Wright and am not particularly enamoured of Jeremy Vine so all in all Zoe Ball was not so bad.In fact I smiled listening to her
Although even I knew how the tiebreaker works on popmaster!
More grown up that her Radio 1 days, when I was fond of her show. She was enjoying the music she was playing and yes, she was trying hard, but that's good, make an effort I say
Am sobbing however that Ken Bruce is going to be replaced by Simon Mayo at some part.

Come on anyone, I do listen to Radio 4 and Radio 1 as well so can equally converse on those subjects, like I hate Chris Moyles, but like Zane Low (e) and am on the fence about Scott Mills

Was it Ken she was standing in for? I don't hear him as I'm usually at work. I can't stand Jeremy Vine either

Yes, I have liked her this week. She's very natural isn't she? Seems quite relaxed.

I love Simon Mayo on Radio 5 but I've heard him on R2 a few times lately (was it on the Chris Evans show?) and it just doesn't seem to be the best place for him. A bit lightweight and frothy because actually he's a very good interviewer and is excellent at talk radio.

Where is Ken Bruce going? When I first started listening to R2 (couldn't bear the morning phone-ins on 5 Live any more) I often didn't realise that Terry had finished his show and Ken had started his. They sound almost identical to me!

She's been good, and to be fair they didn't exactly explain how to do a tiebreak properly.

I used to listen to the Today programme in the morning but found that too much badgering of the interviewees was going on.
Am sure I am too young to be a TOG

I've quite enjoyed it, though I used to dislike her a lot. Am really not a fan of Wogan but I do love Chris Moyles (After years of hating him).

I really really really can't stand whoever is on radio one at about 5.30. A really annoying bloke, plus there's a girl who is on there regularly who says the letter 'S' in a really odd whistly way which I find so irritating I have to tuen off.

Not heard her yet
I also love Uncle Ken and Sir Tezza
Not a Jeremy Vine fan (his brother Tim should do the show for a week)
(Whoo) can't (whoo) stand (whoo) Steve (whoo) Wright and his (whoo) posse
Warming to Mr Evans
Love Radcliffe & Maconie

What would be your TOG name - I quite fancy Julie Noted

Yes minty, although Terry has an Irish brogue and Ken a Scottish lilt so they would probably both have you for that comment.
Soothingly Celtic

Beanieb, that would be Scott Mills I reckon, him and his gang are on the irritating immature/jeuvenile side sometimes

She must be too early for me, only manage to get the radio on in the car.
Can't have any distraction in the morning to me shouting at everyone!

I used to seriously dislike Zoeback in her ladette days on R1 in the late nineties, she was sooo up her own backside. But she does seem to have grown up a bit and seems nicely confident rather than cocky.

Oh yes Saltire, Sarah Kennedy is just too much in the mornings, especially when she plays those dreadful tunes from musicals, I prefer a gentler start via R4 first thing.

Zoeback? Zoe back.

I can't stand Zoe Ball!

I find her delivery excrutiating.... All those exaggerated intakes of breath between words, and 'Ahhh's, Ummm's'

Give me Batty Bunty any day of the week. I love Tezza, love Ken The Bruce (altho I miss him as I work) and I find Radclife and Maconie hilarious.
