So am thinking of getting an old frog, seem very cheap on ebay and don't like my Hauck at all.

Does anyone still use theirs?
Has it lasted well?
Are they good on uneven surfaces/ sand?
When in stroller mode can the seat be parent facing?
Do they have any major flaws or even minor niggles?

I had an old frog and really liked it. It lasted fine and is parent or front facing in pushchair mode. Its very easy to change around and easy to put up and down. Also feels nice to push.

Not sure about use on sand, maybe if you have the big wheels to the front.

My only dislike was that it is 2 part fold. Not really an issue for most but it irritated me! Also it took a lot of boot space in the car.

Another plus is that the resale potential is good.

I would go for it!

I am still using my old from - see my thread in pushchairs about how to bling one up - it has been generally excellent - why i cant really justify getting a new one for third and final baby expecting now. As the other poster said the only thing I didn't like and where the competition now has approved is that because it is in t parts you can fold and unfold it with one hand. As long as not going on buses too much etc with it dont think this is a major issue.

also the original tyres are air-filled (like a lot of pushchairs I think) and we kept getting punctures, but I think you can put the newer chameloen puncture proof tyres on - am just investigating for ours now.

frog are very robust, after pushing a hauck, it will seem like a dream come true. You can def push it on sand with the big wheels first, or pull it chariot style on two wheels. You can use tyre slime for the tyres which will stop punctures. If you look after it, you will sell it for the same as you paid for it, they go on for ever.
The suspension on the front wheels is incredible, it just soaks up bumps, even cobbles are not a problem. I was gutted when DD grew out of hers.

sorry to but in but faddle you mentioned the suspension, am a bit confused on what to put it on on my cam, which notch? is best? thanks
