Quick question re Bugaboo breezy sun canopy...

Does anyone have one and find it useful?

I am finding the parasol pretty useless for my Bee at the moment.

DS suffers with eczema on his head and is worse when his head gets hot, wondered if the breezy shade might help.

Or is it another Bugaboo thing to buy that never really gets used!!

I've got the breezy on my cameleon and I do think that it's pretty good. My DD and DS never seemed too hot with it on, I'm sure it helps reduce the heat inside the canopy area.

It's also great for nosy babies (and they all are, aren't they ?) because they can see through the mesh and don't feel as enclosed as with the solid bugaboo hood.

But....because parts of it are only mesh, the sun can still shine quite brightly through, onto babies head/eyes and it does sometimes seem to annoy DD.
So, a mixed bag, really !
I still have to resort to hanging a muslin over the hood on very sunny days though, as the bugaboo hood coverage is not as good as some other buggies.
(I also bought the sun shade addition -silver mesh thang - and could not fit it for love nor money ! quite a common problem, apparently)
