Mountain buggy question - urgent-ish

Hi all,
Quick question - I'm stalking a mountain buggy on ebay, it's the discontinued Terrain model, so can't check details on the MB web site. It's described as 'XL' and I'm not sure if this is the different version for older children, or if it's the normal version with an extension pack for older kids.

On the listing it says 'Offered with both the standard and extended footplate for special needs us' so that suggests it's fine for smaller kids. I'm planning to use from 6 months old, and hope not to have to use beyond usual walking age, so don't want to accidentally buy a giant pushchair when I think I'm getting the standard MB.

Any advice welcome.

i think it means the normal terrain with the extra screw on footplate.
