Maclaren Volo! Out of all of my prams, pushchairs and buggy this is the one that pushes the best IMHO, it's so light I can fold it onehanded and carry it on my shoulder with the carry strap.

For a nearly 4yo? What weight is the child? Are there SN and are you planning to use it for a long time? Just wonder if you need something a bit sturdier than a standard stroller.

You don't need a maclaren - for that age just go for the cheapest one you can find, doesn't really need to recline etc surely?

Thanx a lot all for ur comments here,i do not want to use it for a long time ,just for some 6,8 months, n my lil girl doesnt use the stroller most of the time,i needed it only whn i take her for a looong walk or whn i take her for my long hrs shopping,
had been to mothercare recently, and saw one umbrella type buggy Jive Stroller - Flowers, with the max weight capacity 15kgs, it costs 34.99 pounds, would anybody here recommend this ? hw much the maclaren stroller costs? do i really need to spend that much just for a 6,8 months use?
my girls weight is 15 kgs.

nearly all strollers are up to 15kg as that is what they are tested to.

its all in the push! and maclaren is seriously the best push the best quality and the easiest maneouvrability easy to clean (all covers come off) and great resale. Why only 6m use if you have a 10m old?

I would recommend the Micralite Superlite over the Maclaren ANY day - fabulous - versatile - light. Makes really light work of pushing heavier kids - I even tried my 6y old in ours - it was so light to push! LOVE it.
You can order this one online.

I'm not keen on maclarens - I think they're poor value for money - you're really paying extra just for the "name" imo - although lots of mums to use them.

I've used and tried LOTS of buggies/prams - I have 4 kids.

The micralite Fastfold is brilliant for small car boots, public transport, pushing heavy kids, good underbasket, looks funky, all terrains!

mc laren volo is £80 on kiddicare.com

it doesnt recline though which is the only problem for me.

I have a quiny zap which is really light and easy to fold but has no shopping basket and that's so much if a problem for me that Iam looking for another pram now (and considering the volo),
