Bugaboo adapters are puzzling me...

I've just received the bugaboo adapters for the frog through the post after buying them off ebay. They are however puzzling me somewhat

Do I need to add the adapters onto the frame then add the car seat or add the adapters to the car seat then put them on the frame?

When taking the car seat off the frame can I take it off without the adapters or do I have to take the seat and adapters off then take off the adapters separately?

Finally, can you leave the adapters on whilst you're driving with the seat in your car?

If anyone could help that would be great. I can't admit that some bits of plastic have outsmarted me!!!

You put the adapters on the frame and then add the carseat.

We found it easier to take the adapters off with the carseat rather than taking the carseat off by itself.

Finally - no you can't leave adapters on while the carseat is in the car.
