Still looking for all terrain ....

hi i wrote about 3 weeks ago- i have a 5 month old and am wanting an all terrain pushchiar ideally rear facing and ideally lie flat but this is tricky so now am opening search!! it could be not rear facing as long as i can see baby close enough-he has breathing problems. i am wanting it to be dark and good for napping-can cut himslef off from distractions. laso must be less width than a buzz as that can hardly fit thru my door. any ideas??
dosent matter on size of fold etc as i 'll keep it up in house.
preferably second hand too!!

Have you totally written off the britax vigour? I've just had a look at measurements and the quinny is apparently 67cm width and the vigour is 62cm width.

Apparently the nurse dakar hasn't got the handbrake. Not sure it matters much though.
We love our Micralite fast fold for off road. I add the off road wheels, and there's a neat suncanopy they make for it that makes it darker. Not a great recline but new model out soon with better recline, or look at a 2nd hand Micralite toro! Super light and convenient off road. Great for travelling with too.

Bertini's or Emmaljunga's are good solid prams great for off roading but more comfortable and an easier push than a three wheeler, plus they are rear facing.

ive just looked at bertini ones on ebay but they look wide- my hall way is weird and i have to lift and tilt the buzz to fit thru my door so doubt they will fit. about to look into the micralites and emmaljungas now!

emmaljungas also look wide and micralites dont lie back very much- think i'll keep bidding on vigours!!

Maybe ask for some measurements because we lived in a funny town with tiny doorways and never had any problems getting in and out of shops, where wheelchairs for example couldn't.

the only baby facing you all terrains are the new Jane powertrack reverse (v expensive), the tuetonia, and the bebe confort high trek (only available via online order in europe). The high trek would be my preference (you ocasionaly see them on ebay) as it's lighter than the other two but a good big seat size. If you are not bothered abut facing (most all terains ahve a wondow in the hood enabling you to look down on bubs) then the best all terrain is the mountain buggy (see lots of previous threads for recomendations) closely followed by the baby jogger city....(not mini)
