DS1 just started walking, have basic buggy but gives me a bad back (5'11!) plus i want a rear facing option as he sleeps better when he's not forward facing ... is a loola a waste of money ... any other suggestions ?

I have had a Loola which I used for both Dc (4 and 20 months) TBH it was too bulky and I decided to buy a Maclaren Techno XT instead. I too am 5 ft 11 and it is fine as it has adjustable height handles and it is much more practical too.

I found as my two got more mobile it was better having a puschair that was more flexible and easy to steer with one handle. Much better than the Loola. My second child barely uses the puschair as he is such a stable walker (he runs now!) so I would suggest consider very carefully before you part with the cash!!

Depends on how many more kids you plan on having as well. The older they get the less they want to look at your face IME they want to look outside and see what is going on (or perhaps I have particularly nosey kids!)

good luck

I have a Loola and I love it but I am a short arse 5' 5" and I think it may be uncomfortable for you due to the handle height. DP finds it uncomfortable and he is 5' 10".

I think you will find the Loola back breaking, am 5'9" and I found mine really uncomfortable.
Also like dingle said the more mobile the more likely they are to want to get out and walk and the Lolla is not easy pushed in that situation with one hand.
For all it looks small and compact it's not light when folded, I think from having a loola that it is more made for a smaller pram type thing than as a stroller.

Also they do like looking at the outside a bit when they are older a lot of the time so really do think about future needs when you are thinking about this.

I end us back with my falling apart Maclaren Techno XT every time TBH.
