Cheap travel system

So, we got given a travel system when my son was born, which I battled with and used until he was big enough for cheap umbrella buggy.

However, with number 2 on the way I cant bear the thought of using it again. It was so big and heavy I could barely get it into the boot, the car seat was really hard to get on and off and it steered like a tank.

My husband has reluctantly agreed that I can get a new one this time around but I know he feels its a waste of money so he won't go beyond £200.

The biggest problem is that I will only consider an isofix seat. I hate faffing with seatbelts and don't think they are as safe!

Any suggestions of what we could go for? I thought the Joie Aire on Kiddicare was perfect, but then realised that you had to buy the car seat base on top to make it Isofix and that blows the budget. :(

Don't make me use my hideous one again this time around, PLEASE!!

I'd forget about a travel system. Get a seat, which stays in the car, and a from birth umbrella fold. In fact, can you reuse the seat from your first child, and upgrade the pushchair bit?

I had the mamas and papas zoom. I think it's a little bit over your budget, especially if you want the ISO fix base, but you don't really need the carry cot bit so that makes it a bit cheaper.
It is a little bulky, especially with the seat attachment on, so since DS was about 1 I have sacked it off just used an umbrella fold.

If by travel system you mean the pushchair, carry cot, and carseat with ISOfix base. I'm afraid I don't think you can get all of that for £200 or less, unless your getting second hand :)
