Lie flat pushchair for newborn?

Does anyone have one? Recommend me one? I don't want a travel system with a carry cot. I won't use it indoors or to travel with so seems like a waste to me.

I used a Bugaboo Bee Plus for my DDs when they weren't in a sling (which was my preferred mode of transport). I was initially concerned about it not being 100% flat, which is what is recommended, but I found that the difference was negligible; they were able to sleep virtually flat on their backs. Both DDs were born in the summer so we didn't miss not having cosy sides as wind-breakers etc. I cannot recommend this push chair highly enough, it handles with such ease, is light and quick to put up and fold down (possible to put up with one hand while cradling baby with the other, if necessary), easily fits into my small boot, and even after 5 years and two babies / toddlers / boogie board riders it still works like a dream and looks really smart. The seat and back rest extend to enable an older child to ride in comfort, it can easily manoeuvre through a kissing gate and isn't as useless on rough ground or soft surfaces as some would have you believe.
