Lightweight, easy fold pushchair that takes a buggy board well

All in the title really. I need to reduce my pushchair total to one and one only! I have an 18 month old and a almost 3 year old. The 3 year old is a good walker but when he starts nursery it will be a long walk and so will need a buggy board. I need the buggy to go in and out of the car easily and dh will need to take it on the bus. Thanks for any help
