Icandy peach blossom or peach blossom 2

I've fallen in love with the Icandy peach.....but is there any real difference between the 2 models. I will be using it with newborn & 18mth old.

The original peach seems to be very reasonable preloved, and also wondered if it would be easy enough to get the converter part if I couldn't get a blossom preloved.

If anyone has used this pram and reverted to another I would also be interested to hear about it, I'm gutted I did not buy this first time round a and went for a cheaper aulternative which I have regretted for some time (m&p sola) :(

Absolutely dont get the Peach Blossom 1 convertor with your age gap. Your youngest will outgrow the small lower seat before you have probably finished with a double pushchair. Buy a Peach Blossom 2 and put it on a Peach 2, or a Peach 1 which has had the basket modification done to take a Blossom 2 kit. It is a fabulous pushchair to use with two children.

Thank you for your advice. I wish I'd bought this first time round :( will look into preloved / ebay prices although the ones I've seen don't seem to be much less than new. I will talk myself into it as it seems to be the only thing we will need ;)

Can the peach blossom 2 converter fit the peach 1??? I'm confused...

Yes it can, the only difference between the peach 1 and 2 in terms of the single is the basket goes back further. If you have a peach 1 then it can be sent to Icandy to have the basket extended, it costs £50 I think, then it would fit a blossom 2 kit.

It's confusing, the blossom 2 kit only appears in the new colours but a single peach can be a peach 2 chassis yet still an old colour (tomato, sweet pea, black jack). I had a black jack peach blossom in 2012, the chassis was replaced in February so it had a peach 2 chassis and would have taken the blossom 2 kit.

Ok so if i get an original and don't send it away it won't take the blossom 2 attachment, is that right???

oh this is so confusing i better get my finger out and find one before peach 3.....Im sure I've read about it somewhere!!!

Yes if you get an older peach 1 single and don't send it away it won't fit the peach blossom 2 officially

Just to confirm the advice given - I had a peach 1 and had to stop using it when my twins got to about 12 mo as the lower seat is just so small and cramped. Decided to get it converted and sent it off for £50 - they collected it by courier and returned within 1 week - now still using it daily at 2yr2 months and think it will be good for a while yet!
Ps I am sure I read that some of the later peach 1 do not need converting - if manufactured after a certain date (something like Sep 2011) so you might get lucky! Think the detail is on icandy website.
