what will fit in the boot of an old ford fiesta?

I am drive an old style (n reg) ford fiesta. I was hoping to replace it before baby comes but I don't think I will be able to afford to.

I want a pram that baby can lie flat in rather than one of those ones like a car seat on wheels.

What will fit in my boot?

Also does anyone know if my car has a passenger airbag and if it does is there a way to turn it off?

I have a p reg fiesta and I couldn't find anything in the manual about turning the air bag off so I always have used the back seat for the car seat. It's not too much trouble to get my ds in and out with a bit of practice. I never took the first stage baby seat out. The seat belt was very tight on the first stage seat so make sure your seat will fit as soon as or before you buy it. The seat belts in my husbands car are longer.

My pram is a mother care one from 2006, one of the all terrain three wheeler types, quite big and bulky. Fits with the parcel shelf removed.

I was coming on here to say Mutsy Igo too. The seat is suitable from 6m though, so you would need a carrycot too to use it before then. The fold is very compact. The Evo is suitable from birth as it lies flat, but folds a bit bulkier (not much more though).

I have a w reg fiesta, it doesn't have a passenger airbag and I think it will say on the dashboard or glove box if it does.

Definitely check the car seat fits as someone else said the seat belts in the back are very short.

In the boot I've had a mamas and papas Pliko (old style, I think they've changed it recently), mothercare lie flat stroller, maclaren quest. And a 3 wheel hauck one. Sometimes I've had a stroller and a bigger pushchair in there at the same time, the boot really is quite big for a small car!

I had an old fiesta when I had ds and. Had to buy a maxi cosy easy fit base so that seatbelt fit around the carseat.
Would the Baby Jogger fit in the boot? We wanted an Icandy so took the parcel shelf out
